Every day, more music programs are being eliminated from our schools,
especially at the elementary and middle school levels. Unfortunately,
this means that more kids will not get to experience the benefits of
music education - such as improved academic performance, heightened
creativity and greater self-esteem.
Music and music education matters to the Music Empowers
Foundation. That's why last year - with your help - we provided
hundreds of thousands of dollars to organizations that support music in
our schools and in doing so, touched the lives of tens of thousands of
kids. If you agree that music education is important, please support our
Music Matters campaign and help us continue to bring the benefits of
music education to as many kids as possible.
