I want to take this opportunity to thank you for your tireless efforts on behalf of music education and for your support of Music Empowers Foundation over the past five years.
This may come as a surprise to many, but at this time, I have decided to wind down the foundation, and pass the torch to SpreadMusicNow, an organization that is equally as committed to funding music education for children across the nation.
You can learn complete details of my decision here. But in the meantime, here's what you need to know:
- As of November 2015, Music Empowers Foundation will no longer be accepting donations or grant applications.
- Music Empowers fans and donors can continue to support our mission through SpreadMusicNow. You can learn more about them on their Website, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
- If you were planning on making a donation this year to Music Empowers Foundation, I ask that you please consider making that donation to SpreadMusicNow instead.
